What happens next ...
Once you submit your appointment request online you will receive an email confirmation.
Within the next business day, you will receive an email or phone call from MHA Admin Staff to confirm your details, needs, and payment method.
Your appointment will be set up in our client portal. You will receive an appt confirmation email as well as a link to our Client Portal where you will need to log in and sign your consent forms, complete therapy questionnaires, and pre session assessments.
**All forms must be completed at least 24 hours prior to your appointment, or the appointment may be automatically cancelled.
